I totally agree with you, I just kiss up to ELP as a fear of reasonless bans. In fact one time he banned me because I said I didn't like the base pic on a photoshop thread, then he called me a "backseat mod wannabe" because of one post I made almost half a year ago where I said "bumping a soon to be locked thread".
